Welcome!

Hello and welcome to Lemongrass Spa with Kim! I am excited to share some amazing products for you and your family. I became a Lemongrass Spa Consultant after attending one home party. I was able to try the body polish and healing elements products and from there I was hooked (especially knowing that 97-100% of the products are all natural.) I have since transitioned a lot of the products that my husband, myself, and our little guy use on a daily basis and couldn't be happier! We all love Lemongrass Spa Products in our house and are hoping you love them as much as we do! Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have so that I can assist you in finding just the right products for you!

Uses of Body Polish

I’m absolutely addicted to Body Polish. Before Lemongrass Spa, I wasn't so sure about exfoliating… sure, I wanted my skin to feel better — but didn't want to have to add another step to my cleaning routine!  As a mom....who has time for washing, exfoliating, and then getting ready. We have to hurry to even squeeze a shower in some days.  After learning more about the Body Polish I found that this was a very practical personal care item and a new “must” in my home.
The obvious use for Body Polish is scrubbing your body down with it in the shower. Most of our Body Polish is Sugar based, but two of them are Salt based (Lavender Mint and Margarita). The thing that I love about them… they are not TOO gritty.  For those people with sensitive skin these Body Polishes work amazing...you have the little bit of grit to exfoliate but the sugars/salt melt away as you rub the body polish in!  The other thing I like about the Lemongrass Body Polishes are they do not leave you  SO oily that you are slippery during or after your shower.  I exfoliate the bottoms of my feet while I am in the shower and do not slip or slide at all.  The Lemongrass Body Polishes are not too gritty and have just the right amount to exfoliate and rejuvenate. It leaves my skin with the perfect amount of hydration, doesn’t FEEL slick, doesn’t rub off on clothing, and the best part…. there isn’t this yucky oily residue left behind in my shower.  With these being all natural products they are even safe to eat....not sure you would want to eat them but they are that safe!

The next use I love!!!  You can keep a body polish right next to your kitchen sink along with your foaming liquid hand soap and lotion.  When my hands are feeling super dry I give myself a little hand spa at the kitchen sink. Wash my hands with the liquid soap (which is soft itself), scrub my hands with 1 scoop of Body Polish, rinse and add my favorite lotion (I typically have the same scent of soap and lotion out as Body Polish).  My husband also uses the Body Polish to help cure his dry hands and he loves it!
Finally the best for last… the thing that SOLD me on Body Polish was that you can use it was a Shaving Cream replacement!! Shaving Cream has some of the nastiest, most toxic chemicals in it… so ridding your home of that is a plus. But throw Body Polish into the mix, and you not only have a replacement, you have an alternative with BETTER results! The sugar makes the hairs stand up getting you closer to the roots! Getting so close actually makes it so you don’t have to shave so frequently – how awesome is that!? And the oils and hydration in the Body Polish make it so your razor just glides over your skin. I have yet to have a single razor burn or nick since I’ve switched to Body Polish!  I have to admit, at first I was skeptical of using this as a shaving cream replacement but after I tried I this is the ONLY thing I use to shave.  Men can even use it to shave their face!
A couple of bonus facts about our different Body Polishes…
  • Grapefruit oil is a natural astringent and deodorizer
  • Pink Grapefruit polish contains sugar to exfoliate and almond oil and honey to moisturize
  • Lavender Mint is made with sea salt, lavender and peppermint – aromatherapy and relaxing
  • Pomegranate polish contains sugar and raspberry fruit fiber to exfoliate and mango butter to moisturize
  • Mango butter has good emolliency and lends to protection against the sun. It reduces degeneration of skin cells and restores elasticity
  • Heal dry, flaky, itchy skin. Don’t forget to use on areas such as feet and elbows
  • All Body Polishes give skin a healthy glow
  • Lavender Mint polish gives a result similar to ‘sea salt glow’ spa treatment offered  at high-end resort spas. 100% natural.
